All group classes and private sessions are offered at West End Yoga Company!
My approach
I have a very philosophical approach to yoga… Yoga is not just about the postures and movement, but is an entire philosophy and way of life. Commonly referred to as the Eight Limbs of Yoga, this includes the Yamas (personal restraints), Niyamas (social restraints), Asana (movement/postures), Pranayama (breathwork), Pratyahara (withdrawl from senses), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditative absorption), and Samadhi (union/pure bliss). . .
“…My latest Reiki Session was just as wonderful as my first session with Tanner. I am forever a Reiki client, a true believer of the Reiki practice.
Please reach out to Tanner for a session, you will not be disappointed!“
